Cosmetic surgery can be classified to minor surgery and extreme surgery.

Breast augmentation. This surgery is performed by inserting medical implants to the breast to enlarge the bust size, through the armpits or near the areola. These implants are made of silicone rubber shell filled either with silicone gel or salien solution.

Breast reduction. It is also known as mammoplasty. Women with heavy breasts that cause severe backache and other pains can opt for this surgery. It involves removing breast tissue, fat and skin and moving the nipples and other tissues higher up the chest thus reducing the breast size in women. The sides of the breast are trimmed down to form smaller globes around the areola, giving the breast a smaller contour.

Breast lift surgery. It is also known as Mastopexy. This procedure is used to lift and make firmer the breast without enlarging the size of breasts.  It will correct drooping breasts which can occur due to childbirth, breastfeeding and aging. One or more incisions are made to lift the breast tissue and skin and reshape them higher on the chest to restore firmness and elasticity.

Face lift and neck lift. Also called as Rhytidectomy, involved in removing excess skin from the face, neck and cheeks. The skin is lifted and re-draped tightly over the facial bones. Its objective is to make someone looks younger.

Brow lift. The surgery is involved in lifting the forehead skin to remove some of the skin tissues and muscles to re-contour the face. People whose appearance is compromised because of drooping eyebrows, loose forehead or fatty eyebrows can opt for this procedure. Four incisions are made behind the patient’s hairline and tiny cameras called endoscopes are inserted to identify the tissues and muscles that needed to be removed. It takes around two hours for completion.

Eyelid lift. In this procedure, excess skin, fats and muscles are removed from the lower and upper eyelids. It reduces the puffy look and eyelid drooping and creates a more attractive appearance. If you have eye bags due to aging, sun exposure, pollution and other factors, you can opt for this procedure.

Chin augmentation. This surgery involves in the creation of a more proportionate face and a firmer chin line. An incision of chin implants are made above the chin bone and placed in the pocket that is created. It will take two hours to do this surgery.

Nose reshaping. Also known as Rhinoplasty, involves in reshaping the cartilage, bones and sometimes the soft nasal tissues of the nose thus either increasing or reducing the size of the nose. Also, the nasal tip can be changed and unsightly bumps can be removed to make the nose straight and narrow. Somehow, for functionality purposes, nose reshaping are performed to remove blockages or to correct a deformity and to help patients breathe better.

This is opt for patients who have fat deposits that they are not able to remove through diet and exercise alone. Fat is removed by inserting small thin tubes under the fat layer, which are connected to a large vacuum pump or suction syringe. Fluid is injected into the areas from which fat is to be removed, this helps to prevent blood loss.

Tummy tuck. Also known as Abdominoplasty, involves in the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdomen. When they are removed, the skin is stretched tight over the stomach resulting in a flat abdomen. This can be combined with liposuction and other fat removal surgeries. It will take three hours for completion. Two incisions are made, one along the public bone and the other on the belly button from the surrounding tissue
